Return and refund policy

  •  If you wish to return your order and get a refund, we shall help you with website wallet with best of our efforts. You may directly contact us within 7 Days of Delivery and we will arrange a return & refund for your order.

  • Sabhyata reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can:

    Return & Refund:

    • Sabhyata will accept returns and issue the refund to your Website Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on the website. Sale items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.

    • In case of a return, we shall process your return and refund the amount to your Website Wallet within 10–15 working days from the date of receiving the product. The refunded amount will be credited to your Sabhyataclothing.com account

    • Your Website Wallet balance shall be valid and operational for a period of 12 months from the date of activation/issuance, unless suspended or terminated by Sabhyataclothing.com in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or unless the validity is extended by us at our sole discretion.

    • The maximum permissible period of non-use of the Website Wallet (Permissible Dormant Period) shall be 12 months from the date of the last transaction or usage. You agree that any outstanding balance in your Website Wallet shall be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period or upon suspension/termination of the Website Wallet for any reason whatsoever.

    • Information regarding the forfeiture of your Website Wallet balance due to impending expiry shall be communicated to you at reasonable intervals. Such communication shall be sent to your registered email address or phone number provided to us. Sabhyataclothing.com shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure in the delivery of such notifications.

    • While using the Website Wallet balance, please select UPI as the payment method for any remaining amount. Orders combining Website Wallet + Cash on Delivery (COD) are not permitted.

    • We kindly request all customers to carefully review the size chart before placing an order, as sizing may vary across different products.

    NOTE: THE REFUND IN THE FORM OF WEBSITE WALLET WILL ONLY BE INITIATED IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

    • The returned commodities are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and are in a saleable condition.

    • The original and complete packaging of the items to be returned, including original tags

    • Please pack returned items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit

    • Note: If a product return is requested by you, the product will be picked up within 4-7 days. The return, as the case may be shall be processed within 10-14 working days.
